Shipping policy

At Rizonyra, we aim to process and deliver your order as smoothly as possible. Please read the shipping details below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment has been confirmed.

For pre-order items, the estimated dispatch time is 5–7 business days. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together once all items are ready, unless otherwise notified.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

Rizonyra primarily serves customers in Australia. If shipping is available to your country at checkout, you may place an order through our website.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD.

For orders under $100 AUD, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Australia: 6–12 business days

International orders, where available: 8–18 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the parcel has been dispatched. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will help you check the shipment status.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may be charged by your country or region. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Rizonyra is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local import procedures.

Lost, Delayed or Returned Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@rizonyra.com with your order number and tracking information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment where possible. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, household members, neighbours, or building reception. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will assist with the investigation.
