We want you to feel confident when shopping with Rizonyra. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging included.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odour, alteration, or missing tags may not be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@rizonyra.com with the following information:
Your order number
The item you would like to return
The reason for the return
Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the return is caused by our mistake, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, we will help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Rizonyra is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rizonyra.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size or colour issues if the requested item is available in stock.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose to return the item according to this policy.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once a pre-order item has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rizonyra.com.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags and packaging.
Sale items may be returned unless they are clearly marked as final sale on the product page.
